CyberMail CyberPanel

Operated by Cyberpersons FZE LLC

Delete your CyberMail account or data

You can request account deletion and associated data deletion, or deletion of selected data without closing your account. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to make a request.

Delete account and associated data

Request permanent closure of your CyberMail account and deletion of its associated personal data, subject to the limited retention reasons below. This is not just account deactivation.

Request account and data deletion

Delete selected data

Keep your account but request removal of specified data, such as a mailbox, email content or notification registrations. Tell us exactly what you want removed.

Request selected-data deletion

If the buttons do not open your email app, email help@cyberpanel.net directly. Use the subject CyberMail account and data deletion or CyberMail selected data deletion.

How to make your request

  1. Include your CyberMail mailbox address and, if different, the email address used for your platform account. Specify account-and-data deletion or the particular data you want deleted.
  2. Send from your registered email address when possible. If you cannot access it, provide a contact address and explain that you need help verifying ownership. Do not send your password, payment-card details, private keys or sign-in codes.
  3. We verify your identity and your authority over the account or mailbox before acting. We may ask you to confirm the request through an existing account contact or a signed-in support conversation. For an organization-managed mailbox, its administrator may need to authorize removal; contact us if you need help with this step.
  4. Support confirms the scope, affected services, applicable retained records and expected completion timing with you. After verification and confirmation, the request is handled through support; simply visiting this page or opening an email draft does not delete anything.

Your platform login may also manage other products or other people's mailboxes. Tell us whether you want to close the whole platform account or only CyberMail. We confirm that scope before irreversible changes. Mention any active subscription so support can explain cancellation and outstanding billing; you can initiate this request before resolving those details.

If you already use platform support, you may instead sign in at platform.cyberpersons.com and open a support ticket with the same subject. The email option above remains available without signing in.

What deletion covers

An account-deletion request covers the CyberMail account/profile and associated personal data under our control: hosted mailboxes, messages, drafts, attachments, folders, aliases and forwarding settings; account/mailbox identifiers; sign-in sessions, notification registrations and marketing-contact records. Support and other retained records are subject to the exceptions below. A selected-data request is limited to the items you specify.

Export or save email and attachments you want to keep before confirming permanent deletion. Removing a shared mailbox can affect other authorized users. We cannot delete messages already received or independently retained by other recipients, their mail providers or your organization.

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete hosted email or close your account. Moving a message to Trash may not permanently erase it. Marketing unsubscription and subscription cancellation are not substitutes for account/data deletion.

Retained data, reasons and periods

Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing or dispute resolution. A deletion request does not mean every independent copy disappears immediately. We explain any applicable exception and retention period when handling your request.

Operational access logs
The platform access-log configuration currently keeps these logs for 10 days. This is not a ten-day deletion promise for all personal data or every diagnostic log.
Notification registrations and delivery records
App logout or unregister removes the corresponding server notification registration. Revoked or expired sessions stop delivery; confirmed invalid tokens are pruned. Pending push attempts expire after 24 hours; completed, failed or cancelled push delivery records are scheduled for cleanup after seven days. These records are separate from your email messages.
Backups and retained records
Authentication/security records, support correspondence, backups, and billing, tax and transaction records have separate lifecycles. Records needed for a legal obligation, fraud investigation or dispute may be kept for the applicable requirement or until that purpose ends. Backup removal follows the applicable backup lifecycle. There is no single verified fixed period covering all of these categories; support will identify the relevant category, reason and applicable period for your request rather than promise an unverified deadline.
